WOW! It's already 80 degrees in middle March!


This is pretty amazing weather! The flowers are already blooming in quantity and the birds are singing to their mates. We have Jupiter and Venus both in the night sky together, and a crescent moon. It is so beautiful here!

If you are on my mailing list, you have received a "snail mail" brochure on the release today of "A Celebration of Life and Love". You also have an order form that lists all of the albums that have come out of that great world of music through my playing and recording.....and into our world. Ancient/Future Symphony, VIDA, and Mystical Rose have been repackaged and now will have the full "works" of UPC code and shrink wrap so that they can go into retail stores.

One of the blessings of this repackaging of Ancient/Future Symphony, VIDA, and Mystical Rose was the necessity to listen to all of them completely through when I sent the master CD to the duplicating company, and then again when I received the physical proof back to approve. I fell in love again with this music and realized how really good it is. Yeah!!

So today, I am releasing the energy of "A Celebration of Life and Love" into the world. Whoosh! May this energy of celebration come into your own life and bring you joy and happiness today in everything that you do.

Two weeks ago I recorded the final 10 minutes of the Wisdom Ablaze album, received the digital CD for the artwork of the cover (Ann Beeching original) and the music master is ready to go to National Media. It is part of a three CD series on Wisdom. Music supports the world around me

Several weeks ago I received a phone call from a hospice nurse in Honolulu. She had a patient who was dying and listening to The Beloved was the only thing that could calm her down. She later called to say that this person had died peacefully while listening to The Beloved. That is why I do what I do. Creating and performing the music that comes to me is not done to sell music and make sales, but to bring into the world a quality of beauty and connection into the individual's inner world that is transformative. The ducks in this photo were hatched right outside of my mom's front window. The mother duck came out of the marshes to build her nest where mom could see it every day. Aren't they cute! It's amazing the beauty and the joy in nature. My mom is going through an important journey in her life right now, and family is very supportive of her in this time of transition. The Journey

This photo was taken in a nature preserve in Indiana and it is now covered in snow. We are under a winter storm warning...expecting another "many" inches of snow and it is beautiful. I loved this path because it reminds me of Copan, Honduras. I chose this photo for today's Musings because it calls forth the journey into the unknown which is my life and yours. The economic news yesterday was very bleak.. a couple of million people without work and without health insurance. Many millions more without enough work to actually buy enough food and to pay for the basics of life. The stock market falling....companies closing or downsizing. The political news was bleak....war.....terror....poverty across the world. And yet.....the unknown journey continues. We don't know really what this means.
